Objective:

I undertook a comprehensive UX redesign for Creative Techniks, a marketing agency known for its innovative solutions. The primary goal was to enhance the user experience, making the website more intuitive, visually appealing, and effective in converting visitors into clients.

Background:

Creative Techniks is a forward-thinking marketing agency that specializes in crafting tailored marketing strategies to help businesses grow. With a focus on creativity and technology, the agency prides itself on delivering top-notch marketing solutions that drive results.

Problem:

The existing website of Creative Techniks was outdated, with a cluttered layout and a confusing navigation structure. Users often struggled to find information, leading to high bounce rates and low conversion rates. The site did not effectively communicate the agency’s unique value proposition or showcase its portfolio in an engaging manner.

Solution:

To address these issues, I redesigned the website with a user-centric approach. The new design features a clean and modern layout, with intuitive navigation and a focus on visual storytelling. The primary color used is #003D73, complemented by a gradient secondary color #5D237A. Backgrounds are set in #FFFFFF, with headings highlighted in #FF6524 to draw attention to key information.

UX Research:

For the UX redesign of Creative Techniks, extensive research, including user interviews, surveys, and usability testing, was conducted. This identified key areas for improvement like simplifying navigation, enhancing visual appeal, and showcasing the portfolio effectively.
